Phil Walker

Chief Operating Officer

Phil has worked with many teams across the group to develop the best-in-class facilities that can deliver high quality PVC and aluminium product ranges to commercial, residential or social housing customers.

Phil’s previous roles include working with the commercial division at Anglian Windows, managing delivery for large social housing and public sector projects, and he has also worked in the automotive, utilities and chemical manufacturing sector during an extensive career.

Winston Osborne

Technical Director

Winston Osborne is the technical director of Customade Group aluminium and PVC divisions. Winston is responsible for the technical and regulatory side of both divisions of Customade.

Winston has more than 30 years of experience in the building and fenestration industry in technical, commercial and research and development. His previous roles included surveying and designing projects across the world from Europe to the USA and Japan and positions – including founding Atlas Roofing Solutions in 2012.

Steve Hill

Group Operations Director

As Group Operations Director, Steve is responsible for ensuring all aspects of manufacturing for the group are carried out to the highest possible quality, with health and safety at the centre of all operations. 

 Steve has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, covering Manufacturing, Surveying and Installations; initially having worked up from roles on the shop floor, through to Technical Director. 

Over the years, Steve has built up a wealth of Fenestration Technical knowledge, this has enabled him to work with supply partners and support the customer base on everything from New Product Development, Industry Regulation changes and General Consumer advice.

Tim Smith

Commercial Director - Aluminium & PVC

Tim is our Commercial Director, responsible for setting the commercial strategy of the Aluminium and PVC division developing brand equity and building a strong team environment.

He has worked in the fenestration industry for over 23 years in various senior positions, joining Customade in 2018.

Emma Angove

Finance Director

As Divisional Finance Director Emma informs strategy in our aluminium division. She manages a team providing budgets, cash flow and analysis to ensure the division meets its financial goals.

With experience in the automotive and hygiene sector, Emma has a range of manufacturing experience to contribute to the strategic planning and development of the business as a key member of the senior management team.

Daniel Nutt

Daniel Nutt

Head of Customer Support

As Head of Customer Support, Dan manages all activities relating to the delivery of effective customer services.

Dan implements strategies to optimise the customer experience and oversees the sales order processing, customer services and technical teams. This involves various activities, from scheduling the factory workload to providing customer support.
 
With more than 25 years of experience in the fenestration industry, Dan has extensive technical knowledge.
 
He has held various roles including Operations Manager and National Planning Manager for industry peers Ali Systems and Anglian Windows.

Shayne Stephens

Technical Operations Manager, Aluminium & PVC

Shayne is responsible for introducing and enhancing products and CNC programming. He is a LEAN Practitioner with a green belt in Six Sigma.

Shayne has been in the fenestration industry for 12 years, working his way from trainee installer to his current position as Technical Operations Manager, Aluminium & PVC.
