Alitherm 400 Windows

The new Alitherm 400 system offers outstanding quality, performance and value via a range of stylish aluminium windows. As the first thermally broken aluminium system to feature an extruded glazing gasket, it provides enhanced performance and reduced installation time. Its innovative design incorporates polyamide thermal break technology that significantly reduces thermal transmittance, enhancing the systems overall ‘U’ value. Available in stock colours, Alitherm 400’s new Quick-Glaze Bead is simply tapped in on site with the gasket already in place, eliminating the need for wedge gaskets on internally beaded windows. Making for a faster, simpler and more cost-effective glazing process.

Design Options

Alitherm 400 windows are currently available in two options. The popular Alitherm 400i range is an internally beaded system with dummy sashes which can achieve PAS 24 security standards.

Alternatively, we have the externally glazed Alitherm 400x range, which can be upgraded to PAS 24 security standards with the introduction of glass security clips.

Quick Glaze Knock-In Bead

Quick Glaze Knock-In Bead is standard on internally glazed windows with 28mm double glazing, ensuring a faster, simpler and more cost-effective glazing process.

What colours are available in aluminium?

REAL stock white, anthracite grey RAL 7016M, black and anthracite grey on white as standard, but other RAL colours are available upon request.

Can the REAL products be triple-glazed?

All of the products REAL offers can be triple glazed, with some products achieving overall U values as low as 1.1 W/m2K.

Are the aluminium products REAL supplies secure?

All of the aluminium products REAL manufactures can be upgraded to the PAS 24 security standards.

Where are the REAL products manufactured?

All the REAL products are manufactured across the two factories in Stonehouse, Great Britain.
