Winston Osborne

Technical Director

Winston Osborne is the technical director of REAL Aluminium and Atlas products. Winston is responsible for the technical and regulatory side of both divisions.

Winston has more than 30 years of experience in the building and fenestration industry in technical, commercial and research and development. 

His previous roles included surveying and designing projects across the world from Europe to the USA and Japan and positions – including founding Atlas Roofing Solutions in 2012.

Shayne Stephens

Technical Operations Manager

Shayne is responsible for introducing and enhancing products and CNC programming. He is a LEAN Practitioner with a green belt in Six Sigma.

Shayne has been in the fenestration industry for 12 years, working his way from trainee installer to his current position as Technical Operations Manager.

Mark Watson Key Account Manager

Mark Watson

Key Account Manager

Mark is a dedicated and results-driven Key Account Manager with 30 years of experience in the fenestration industry.

Known for a deep understanding of client needs and an ability to deliver tailored solutions, Mark consistently drives growth and success for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.

Production Manager

Chris is a confident and reliable Production Manager with 12 years of experience working in fast paced manufacturing environments.
